Simphys broken?

Whenever I spawn a Simphys car, it always glitches out. I can't enter the car, it doesn't have physics, and the wheels are gone. Can someone help me with this?

I have heard that this mod conflicts with simphys because of how mine works, they should not be used at the same time. Simphys I believe already has all or most of the features that this provides, anyway.
