what about a precept about specific genes like hemogen or deathrest
I'd like a precept regarding the safety of children; it's pretty annoying when a colony made up of remorseless raiding pirates get sad some random outsider kid died.

adding a precept relating to hemogen is definitely at the top of my list! i’m not so sure about deathrest—it’s a physical process and doesn’t seem to me like something an ideology would really affect, plus there are many objects already in the game that modify it.

I'd also like to suggest that the supremacist xenodiversity precept requirement be amended in some way - as it is right now it makes supremacist pretty much nonsensical for Sanguophage colonies since it means all the vampires and the thralls will hate each other for being different.

understandable. i have removed all precept requirements for every new precept in this mod, so you should be able to build your ideology however you please now.

Any chance of adding a way to 'filter' out genepacks that have a ton of genes in them? I'd love a way to slowly generate new genepacks based on existing ones, using a pawn to work or something, that has less genes than the base.

So from what i read you have birth control but from what i read its permanent as either sterilized or not.



Would it be possible to change it to temporal birth control instead? Those who dont plan to have sex dont need it same way as those who are in love with someone who cant have children so for them it doesnt make much sense to long for having birth control.

Condoms and such for those who do not wish to have children and they get the mood boost as they got their love with no child incoming.

"Children born into a tribal colony now have the natural meditation focus." If that just automatically adds it at birth like I assume a more interesting option would be to instead give it through a ritual or something that's done to a baby(by bringing one to Anima tree or something). Though speaking of baby rituals, having one for naming a child should be a thing and maybe Christianity based ideologies should suggest or require a baptism ritual.

Great mod! Hope custom xenotype support for wanderer joins gets added in the future, since there are no ways to get more of your custom guys right now apart from children.

Basegame bug it seems, killing someone with bloodfeed doesn't satisfy kill thirst.

It would be nice to see that vampires can regenerate their organs and limbs during deathrest. Because now their "Immortality" is quite useless. Also, it would be nice to choose gene to be harvested from pawn.
Is there any way to make a specific Xenoform desirable by all of society? I quite like the idea of bigoted xenodiversity your mod allows but I find I'd quite like it to be one sided, everyone worshipping the ruling caste.

i also think this would be interesting, but unfortunately i’m not sure it would be possible short of creating a separate precept for opinions on every premade xenotype, which is way too bloated a solution for my liking, and does nothing for custom xenotypes. sorry about that.

That's alright, I thought that might be the case but thanks for the consideration. I'm sure I can work round it in game by making slaves out of all the non ideal xenos.
