I didn't have time to check all the patches, and it looks like MO compatibility patches for other mods are the cause. I think I can fix this tonight.
Your gaming experience should not be affected until then.

Can you please check if the bugs are still there, for you? I just released a patch that should fix the bug with the mines.

I'll check, I had to remove a mod that was causing issue with a bunch of others. If the error still persists i'll send you a full log.
