Questions about the mods workings
okay so this mod allow us to bypass the faction limit my question is at what point does factions not spawn all of VE mods installed and all the factions still spawn on a %100 with 38 factions (one of each type of faction) i am just worried is there a point when factions do not spawn on world gen say like if i had 50 factions enabled also how unbalanced will the game be as in how hard would it be to play i that kind of person that has all of VE mods enabled as i like to switch around play style midgame lol
