[Error] Rival faction base cannot be generated
Clique bases are not spawning properly
I only added Alpha Memes to the mod in the incompatible list, I don't know which mod caused the conflict

I don't know if it was a bug or a conflict that caused this,
Also, viod buildings can be successfully generated without colonizers, other factions will not generate buildings,I tried to get into a map called Ship Launch Event and it also showed only buildings and no enemies
