It's a patch to get Advanced Cheat Menu and More Spreadsheets to run together. Place it below both of those mods in the load order. Its files need priority to overwrite both of the original mod files.

It also updates some of the More Spreadsheets GUI references in information_panel_bar.gui to the latest Vic 3 v1.2.4. You probably won't notice, because it's almost entirely behind the scenes changes. It may enhance compatibility with future Vic3 updates.
