When you select to change the fire mode on your weapon, do windows for other mods open? Does an error appear in the buttom right corner of the screen?
Try this, it worked for me.
Go to game options and make sure that the arsenal gunsfighter mod hotkeys are
not assigned to other functions, don't leave them unassigned either. Otherwise the radial menu will open unwanted windows.
