I've noticed this conflicts with mods that effects movement, even with the movement speed disabled on this mod, it continues to go to normal gmod speed after the grenade shock recovery.

okay so it should be fixed now. The problem was than mine and (probably) other speed changing addons use functions called and which basically overrides default gmod walking and running speed and the problem is when they change run speed to let's say 100 (default is 200) after explosion my script set's this speed to its default value. But now after i updated it i check current walk speed value before explosion and then I set that value after shock effect is over.

okay i updated this addon. it should be fine now

Not sure if this is a bug, but the shock effects only activate if the grenade will do damage breaking my armor and dealing damage to my hp, or if I have no armor at all.

do you mean gmod stock armor, the suit battery or what?

I have a weird bug. After the explosion, the hands and the entire camera as a whole begin to twitch (quite strongly and not pleasantly). The effect looks like an error and does not always happen. Can your mod conflict with cBobbing or Suppression (or with any other mod that does not affect grenades or explosions?)

I forgot to say that this happens after all the effects provided by your mod.
