I'd be kinda interested if every American state (even including proposed but never created ones like franklin and absaroka, or regional groupings like new england) were available as releasable nations, would make balkanizing the USA more fun

I hope to see Wallachia at some point. There's been a number of co-ordinated peace deals where I wanted to split the defeated Romania into a Soviet-aligned Moldova and a Bulgarian-aligned Wallachia (alongside the expected annexation of Transylvania into Hungary). It'd look much better than having to imitate this by having the original Romania tag in just old Wallachia north of the Danube.
