To answer the feww suggestions that HAVE popped up. I know moving the land masses closer together or a landbridge is a requested changed, but in order to acheive that they'd be so goofy looking and ackwardly placed that it wouldn't resemble earth anymore. even if you were to lower everything to connect with the antarctica and connect Canada, greenland and scandinavia together it would still not only look ridiculous but would still require SOME bridges in order to allow more flow instead of just 2 major choke points. To prevent choking and cutoff I made the bridges between landmasses (except antarctica).

That being said another major request that I had that I wanted to do during the maps initial design phase was to add trees and buildings to represent cities. While I want to do this the major problem is space, right now continents are... pretty open, however western europe is TINY, this entire mape was made TO scale so it's accurate but big buildings are trees don't scale very well, placing buildings in Europe would make the small landmass even smaller and tighter to fight in which might cause pathfinding problems for the AI. Forests and tree's I want to do but am unsure how I want to go about designing that out in the map.

If anyone had any constructive ideas or anything they'd like to see please tell me about it and discuss it here.

Could you some how mark the ocean crossings or an idea I had would be to raise the elevation of the land and leave a few area's that would lower to the ocean and it would also be interesting to make all the water shallow as well....you could strike at any of the landing zones ( lowered elevation areas) hope this made since. I love this map!

Although interesting, I would have to redo the map from scratch as the land masses are too high up and lowering the water would just make it look ridiculous. I'd have to make the majority of ocean land shallow by hand which shouldn't be too much of an issue, I'll look into it.
