Ye nexus is literally a way of saying i've pirated a game (i do it my self so cant really complain).

Literally no other reason, steam workshop is just so much easier, faster and better i hate the nexus purist modders trying to push it

Nexus actually has version control, which can be crucial in when it comes to compatibility and updates. It also works nicely with other changes (not applicable to Vicky 3 but for things like Wyre Bash, MO3, etc). But other than that steam workshop is usually better. I pretty much only use Nexus for anything without workshop support (or if workshop support was only added recently, like Bannerlord).

Github or Nexus mods are great! I bought vicky 3, check my steam profile. Alternate ways to get mods are essential for some people who can't use steam when it's banned in their countries. Also for pirates, who are mostly just people who can't afford the game. Could care less if someone dislikes them. Ultimately it's the mod makers choice what they upload the mod to or not.
