Why when i respawn the game bugs out

When i play with this mod, it causes my screen to go into third person but my playermodel is invisible and im still in first person.
If i type in thirdperson into the command console this does fix it but also does not, My camera is more farther away due to the bug. Does anyone know how to fix this?
