Airfields and Immigration
Airfields are great, and an enjoyable addition to the game that gives a use for planes other than war. It's excellent.

Airfields combined with the autonomous investment queue on the other hand... well that can be messy.

I was using the pm for International Layovers because it was the most productive and a bit of migration attraction wouldn't hurt... or so I thought.

I look back a moment* later and the investment queue has built 23 of them in one state that has rocketed up from 12 mill to 26 mill population over the course of just a couple years.

I also noticed that reducing the pm, and thus reducing the amount of flights produced, *reduced* the cost of flights, which felt very odd.

So I'm inclined to think that either something is rather messed up with how flight demand works, or the investment queue is just generally a large hazard for these buildings, which might want to be addressed somehow.
As much as it was funny for a meme, players don't really need 10mill people relocating to one of the less productive states just because the capitalists built 20+ airfields in one go.


And, related to that: the immigration buff might just be rather a bit overtuned.
-> 1 attraction for domestic and 5 for international?
Personally I'd have thought 0.2 and 0.5 would have been more appropriate.

Wow, never thought it would have that effect. I'm not sure if I can fix it for 1.7, but in the past, we mostly had the problem that no one built them at all! Really a strange turn of things ...
