Here's my crash log:: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tiyn9fu1jswmaj4/Bannderlord%20after%20kingdom%20dissolution.htm?dl=0
Thanks a lot for the report. "when I have my king abdicate" just to make sure that we have the same understanding - do you mean when you are a king and you abdicate, or when someone else is a king and he abdicates?
I will investigate the crash log, but in the meantime - can you try to check if 0.1.0 update fixes this bug for you? If you're getting stuck on older version of mod you can try to unsubscribe mod in workshop and subscribe it again.
Since this crash log contains mostly references to base game code it can take more time to fix the issue just by looking at the crash report. It would be great if you would be able to send me your savegame file (it should be located in C:\Users\{your_username}\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Game Saves) directory - that way I will be able to use debugger and get more informations about the root cause of an issue. You can send it to my e-mail adress - sulej.piotr.krzysztof@gmail.com.
Hey.
By rebellion do you mean starting a faction inside a kingdom with Diplomacy mode and then starting rebellion once faction has enough power?
Some time has passed and I finally had time to investigate the issue. Bad news is that I was not able to load your save game. Good news is that after adding some cheats to Diplomacy I have managed to reproduce it on my own save which is maybe even better. I will start working on a fix now.
1. Annexation mod is making peace between rebel faction and parent kingdom when rebel faction is annexing parent kingdom
2. After making peace with your parent kingdom you're becoming part of that kingdom again - this is triggered by Diplomacy mod
3. Next action of Annexation mod is to destroy kingdom that you're about to annexate - but at this point you're already part of this kingdom since Diplomacy removed your rebel kingdom and your demands have been satisfied
4. Destroying a kingdom which still has some clans results in destroying those clans and killings all their characters - including you and this eventually leads to a crash
I am currently testing a version which should fix this issue by not destroying the annexed kingdom if this has become the kingdom of the ruler that initiated annexation. I managed to annexate parent kingdom as a rebel faction without any crash and the game proceeded to voting for a new emperor. If testing of the fix will succeed I will upload new version to Steam Workshop. If this sounds like an issue that you've faced and you want to help with testing before it will get published please send me an e-mail on sulej.piotr.krzysztof@gmail.com and I will include you in early tests of this version.
Ahh.. Yeah, thank you. That sounds exactly what is happening. I could not make out in the reports what actually caused it.
Mod is amazing otherwise.
This should now be fixed in 0.1.1 update of modification. Thanks for reporting.
Thanks a lot for detailed report, enjoy the mod!
