Mechanoids still don't pick up ammo for their guns, and the mechinator can't give them ammo. There seems to be the option to set the amount of ammo they should have and a button to make them go and pick it up, but it doesn't work. When I draft a mechanoid and make it unload it's gun and drop the ammo and press the button, it picks up the ammo it dropped rather than take all the ammo it's been set to carry.
