no because its gonna be a secondary weapon for sniper and scout is more from up close so that defeats the purpose for scouts primary so there prob will not be a charge

Level 2077 Pulse rifle
Slot: Primary (Scout) and Secondary (Sniper)

= based on SMG stats
+ Atl fire: Aim down sights (center your weapon similar to the Original) to tighten your bullets spread
+ 25% Faster firing speed.
+ Deals 10% More damage on headshots (40% while the lScoped)
- While scoped: reduced the firing speed by 50%
- 25 max health on wearer.

Your right, giving Scout a charge will just make him a fast Sniper, So I made the scope state similar to the Original where the weapon just gets moved to the center
