Bandwidth and name bug

Mech race is excavator while mech name is driller, just like in gestation menu, should be one of the two everywhere. Most importantly it appears than excavator uses band points but don't reserve them. I almost lost control of him when I went from 27/30 to 28/30 band points

Just checked and this time it's not going out of control, strange. I remember it was already built when it suddenly started glowing red when i still had 2 unused band points, and he stopped glowing when i built just one more band node and had 3 free points
