Bugreports
The mod seems to be not signed correctly.

If the "Check signatures" parameter is enabled in the Arma3 Launcher options then during Arma3 start there is a messagebox with the error

"Invalid version of signature used for @Revolutionary Cuban Forces\addons\rcf_factions.pbo Error 0x010: Test FAILED"
