Far fetcehd idea that Valve prob wont do
If the full set is equipped, any flamethrower will fire ice particles(the act exactly like fire) and upon the victims death they freeze like they were killed by the Spy-cicle. It is purely cosmetic, and the weapons wouldn't have any stat differences.
