Bug on 2nd Cap

For some reason I don't see the option to comment so I want to report a bug in chapter 2, when it's time to open the 1st emergency door, I try to activate (E) the switch but it doesn't work, it doesn't do anything...

You have rewire the two electric lines in the sewers in order to start the crescendo.

also, the sewers have missing water textures for me, do I have to install something else with the campaign?
