PLASTIC PARADOX SOLUTION GUIDE

When the player first enters the room after inserting the key in the intro, they are met with a small room with a living area and kitchen. The first task they must accomplish is to unlock the cabinet that sits next to the couch.

STEP 1: Finding the device

- The Cabinet is locked with a number lock. Attached to the lock is a note that shows 4 symbols which are associated with each of the number dials on the lock.
- The first symbol is a lightbulb.
- Count the lightbulbs on the lamb just above the locked cabinet.
- The second symbol is a roller skate.
- A PAIR of roller skates is hidden next to the refrigerator.
- The third symbol is a flower.
- There is a vine with a number of flowers outside the window.
- The last symbol is a potted plant with an arrow pointing to the flowers growing from it.
- A potted plant is on the kitchen counter with a number of budding roses coming from it.
- Counting each item depicted in the note, the combination is 4286.

Once the cabinet is open, the player finds a strange device, as well as a note telling them how to use the device to traverse time.

STEP 2: The Present Paradox Binder

- The player can find a strange object stuck under the statue found in the present room.
- To get the binder out of the statue, one must travel to Ancient times
- In the ancient room, the same statue can be found only if it is on its side with a tarp of trash suspended above it.
- To cut the tarp, you need a dagger that can be found at another point of time.
- The dagger is found in the sink in the past room, but it’s very dull. Try to find a way to sharpen it.
- Back in the ancient room, you can find an anvil and a smithing hammer. Use them to sharpen the dagger.
- Once the dagger is sharpened, it can now cut the tarp, freeing the trash and destroying the statue.
- Once the statue is gone, travel back to the present room and find the binder on the ground where the statue used to be. Place it in the paradox rift on the wall to fix it.

STEP 3: The Future Paradox Binder

- In the future room, three terminals sit inoperable. To find the next binder, all three must be fixed.
- The first terminal has eight buttons with symbols on them, and it looks like it requires a cipher to solve.
- The electrical panel on the wall has 4 sliders with lights on them. Find something you can use to decipher it.
- look back in the present room, there may be something there that has 4 lights.
- The lamp next to the couch has 4 lights in different elevations. Use that to decipher the electrical panel puzzle.
- The orientation of the sliders goes: first=second from top. second=top. third=bottom. fourth=second from bottom.
- The panel reveals a collection of dots and lines. Similarly to the ones found on the first terminal.
-First terminal solution: Third button, Fourth button, and Sixth button must all be activated.
- Before looking at the second terminal, gather some of the tools from the future room and return back to the present room.
- The crowbar found in the future room can be used to open a locked cabinet, revealing a holographic projector.
- Bring the projector to the future room and place it in the slot in front of the window. A grid will project onto the window.
- Stand back on the circle on the ground and look out the window. Is there anything of note that lines up with a grid space.
- Second terminal solution: Slide the Vertical bar to the tenth column from the left. Slide the horizontal bar to the seventh row from the bottom.
- The third terminal has a missing piece, the note left behind says that anything long and metallic can substitute just fine.
- Check the shelf in the ancient room for something that fits that description.
- Third terminal solution: the metallic fireplace poker in the ancient room can fit into the missing slot to fix it.
- With each terminal fixed, the center generator will create a new binder. Place it in the paradox rift on the server rack to fix it.

STEP 4: The Past Paradox Binder

If you haven’t already, find the solution to the Present Paradox Binder, for it is necessary to progress to this part of the room.

- In the past room, A note attached to a dying plants (That is also present in the present and future room) tells you that you need to create a formula out of three things: Peddles, Rosee, and Seeds
- To find the Roses, there is a key where the statue used to be in the past room sitting on the ground. The name suggests where it goes.
- The ancient room has a chest where the roses will be. Take them and put them in the pot.
- The petals are found in the future room, under an incubator that only opens when the Turnable puzzle below it is solved.
-When the puzzle is solved, take the petals to the past room and put it in the pot.
- The seeds are found in the present room, found in one of the potted plants in the room.
- A potion will be created when all ingredients are mixed, place the potion in the dying plant’s pot to heal it.
- Travel to the present and future room to see the plant’s progression. The Past paradox binder is found on the plant in the future room when the potion is added. Place it in the paradox rift in the past room to fix it.

STEP 5: The Ancient Paradox Binder

- In the ancient room, there is a hole in the wall next to the treasure chest with a… friend in it.
- Interacting with the friend will tell you what it desires: a sour circle, nutty butter, and a drivable screw.
- These are a play on words that will tell you what he really wants
- Sour circle: The lime found in the past room
- Nutty butter: peanut butter found in the present room.
- Drivable screw: Screwdriver found in the future room.
-Place all the desired items on his plate and he will take them all and, in return, will give you the ancient paradox binder. Place it in the paradox rift to fix it.

When all paradox rifts have been fixed, the room has been completed.
