make removing broken glass and breaking bottles give way more glass shards and also fix the russian translation file

Those are 2 requests, the first one, no, you can't obtain in real life more glass from a bottle than from a window, never. As for the second, I don't know Russian 🇷🇺, you do? If so, you can send me the file and I'll add it. Or write it ✍️ so I can copy it

sorry for the late response. The original mod already features a russian translation file. It's just in the wrong file format.
