Custom prisoner alert help

I want maintain only prisoner alert but if they blood feed or hemogen farm i do not want that alert. Can you help pelase?

My man isn't "maintain only" already excluding those other types

Yep guess so. Well i can't figure it out how to achieve this . I set up like this but not giving the expected result. Is there any other way?
