this happend to me just restart gmod

remove the heilcopter one if you have it it shows up if the heilcopter one is disabled or removed

i did disable all of my addons and the flare is a error

First of all, you have to go change the properties on Garry's Mod to Chromium. Right Click on Garry's Mod in your steam library, click on properties, go to betas, select from none to chromium. After changing that, it requires you to update the game that shouldn't take to long. Then... just click play and find the infil flare in weapons on modern warfare. I had this problem before and changing that worked for me. I hope this helps.

you don't need any type of Chromium Mode to make infil work, all you have to do is restart steam after download
