Is there a chance there will be a recognition patch for NMM or BOSS in the future

Because BOSS sees this as unrecognised, I want to delete it but I cant bring myself to lose Ace, is there any chance we will see it being recognised, it is the only mod I have that isnt and I am trying to fix it crashing to desktop in the first loading.
