Using gportal? In that case the mod being on the server isn't guaranteed... Double-check your serverlog that the mod is actually loaded, because gportal has been having issues with their mod manager for the past week that causes it to show up as installed, but with the mod files absent... in which case you have to use FTP to upload a copy.
