This is usually if the server itself is running and old version of a map and you have the newer version or more likely you've an old version of the map and the server is running a newer version.
The easiest scattergun approach is to delete everything from \Steam\SteamApps\common\chivalrymedievalwarfare\UDKGame\CookedSDK
the latest versions of the maps should then be re-acquired and *should* work"
I searched c drive for "CookedSDK" then deleted contents thanks monkey fiend
