Update Issues: Conflict Involving Mod Files
"Succeesfully download packages from Workshop, but the server uses files that are not uploaded to the Workshop or are out of date. " I have recieved this massage previously, but usually the issue has been each time, but my question is WHY this is happening? Am I missing files that are not in the workshop?

The server mod files differ from yours.
The server files are mostly uptodate. Steam likely fails to update ur local files properly.
It is NOT enough to delete the unpacked mod files. The packed file needs to be deleted as well. Then download via the Chiv launcher.
