Posting here on the behalf of player named 'S W A G G O T' who raised issue of treb-sling being too weak compared to other donor items:
"can you make it more powerful? also if its possible to bring back explosion effect without teamdamage?"
" actually its super slow reloading, low dmg and pretty often quick slingshot doesnt even do any dmg, firebow and firesword are much more better compared to this."
"dont know why but pretty often quickshots doesnt even do any dmg, and yes its too low compared to firebow with fast shots and fire aoe or firesword with same fast attacks and slash fire dmg"
"maybe also reduce charging time like on bow"

The explosion effect can be set in config. See the map description. The fancy trebuchet explosion made by TB is too expensive for most players it seems, meaning it lags their games.

The damage is clamped between 50 (quickshot) and 150 (fully charged).
I can change it to 80 and 180 respectively.
Also the damage increases a little faster now with chargetime.

Note that the damage/ projectile size/ explosion radius charges beyond the point it emits smoke. The sound and the smoke just indicate that u can place a mine now.
