New server for you lads ! ;)

It will run different parameters than what you are used to, and i will change/test them often in the next days, so don't forget to check this thread to be aware of them.

I would also appreciate you to test the server and tell what you think about the difficulty and other changes. I would like to keep it fun and balanced, of course. I don't master the parameters so it will need to be rectified step by step.

The server rules will be shown in MOTD asap.

Actual settings :

- Normal mode is harder (same ennemies number than classic hard mode but with normal HP)
- Hard mode spawns even more ennemies (did not try it, but it must be very hard now :) )
- Skeleton state lasts 120 seconds
- Oil pots resets in 90 seconds, 60 seconds when upgraded.
- Skeleton waves are disabled
- The tank will be closely unbreakable
- Hp bars are available for players

Thanks for all your in-game suggestions, here are the new parameters :

- Min rank is set to 10
- Bruisers waves are disabled (as skeleton waves, but, they may happen - bug )
- Tank troops will have beast HP. (30 times the wave number)

- Normal mode :
Spawns same amount of ennemies as classic hard mode.
Their HP and spawning rate is higher than normal.
The amount of ennemies will increase faster.
Bombers appears wave 20, with a max number of 6.

- Hard mode :
Still insane (congrats to those who reached wave 2 ;) )
The amount of ennemies per additionnal players is reduced a bit.
Their HP is higher now.
Bombers appears wave 8 (if you ever manage to reach this wave ;) ) with a max number of 12.

- Traps reseting :
Oil pots resets in 90 seconds, 60 seconds when upgraded.
Dragon head fire resets in 260 seconds, 130 when upgraded. (ex 390/260)
Falling spikes resets in 160 seconds (ex 200)

ps : wave high score has been reset due to new config.

You certainly have your very own definitions of "suggestion" and "getting hostile". You said something including an insult about the settings (like, its f** stupid) and i just told you to don't come to a hardcore server if you don't want to play something harder than usual (it was normal mode...wich is easier than classic hard mode...). "Stfu" was your only answer, you suggested absolutely nothing. And you were not perma-banned...

For your info, people requested it to be even harder than what you played, and that's what i did, you can see it just above.

is it possible to bring back light gravity for high jumps ?
Yes, i could not connect enough last weeks but i usually switch the server to low grav mode one or two days a week. I ll do so this morning.

As low gravity gives many unreachable places by bots its for experience and fun, i don't let it all time (check the server name to know wich mode is on)

I keep testing the parameters, there will be a new hardcore config next with less ennemies wave 1 but faster increasement of their amount per wave.
New Hardcore config should be up now, with these 2 changes :

- Less ennemies wave 1
- The amount of ennemies will increase faster


I will certainly need to reajust this next days after some testing.

There will be a bigger gap with the score compensation system, i can't modify it, but it can be solved by... sharing points ;)

- Server will run low gravity and very easy mode (lots of points, lot of ennemies but with 1hp ) until i find motivation to set and test new hardcore parameters. :steambored:
