Certain skills, specifically agriculture and mechanic, wont allow me to level them up. They say max level, however they do not have any bars next to them, nor do any of the max level perks work. Such as getting multiple crops when harvesting, or being able to repair items quickly. I am hosting a private server off my personal computer and cannot figure this out. Please help
