I think it would be great if you added subcategories, categories inside categories, like the ones in the main spawn list, so that we can have, for example, a half life category with subcategories like combines, zombies, rebels, certain weapons, because if you place all types of npcs togheter in the same category the combines will be beside the rebels and zombies making it confusing, and making a category for each one of them would take more space in the main fav list, making it hard to find as in the main npc spawn list, and making spawnables easy to find is the purpose of this mod, ¿right? i hope you understand my point of view.
