Mood Bug
Had a dwarf struck by a mood while next to the hall. He just stood there not doing anything for almost a whole season.

The hall was built inside a library zone. The dwarf was a thresher, and there's at least one of every workshop.

I quit without saving to avoid a tantrum spiral.
