Some bugs I found.
My reflection and tiny planet create an invisible forcefield of death around you after shooting it once and not shooting.
Anti-gravity seems to move it slightly backwards a bit every time it returns.
Eye of the occult marker still comes from the player rather than the knife's position when using anti gravity.

Anti-Gravity moving backwards is intentional.

Main Reason: I think it's nice that you still have some control over the knife's position when using Anti-Gravity.
Secondary Reason: It would be really annoying to change (and get working as before).
In regards to Eye of the Occult, the secondary reason also applies.

idk if its a bug but the ocular rift synergy rifts don't disappear which is extremely OP during greed mode for example. So maybe that can be adjusted

I'm getting error messages in the console saying "main.lua.8 The parameter is not an user data!"

At the time I got these messages, I am using Mom's Knife in conjunction with Technology Zero, Jacob's Ladder, Little Horn, Twisted Pair, and Mucormycosis.

Seems like this mod is breaking Samael's melee atack. Though collision happens, entities don't take damage. No error messages appear

I don't know if this is from the Flat Stone or Mom's Knife mod. But here's the thing:
I went to try the Mom's Knife along with Pop! and My Reflection and everything was normal, but when I added the Flat Stone, it nullified all of Pop!'s effects, causing no eyes to appear.

The interaction between My Reflection is bugged when used with any multishot, like Mutant Spider or Conjoined. Only one of the knives explodes into the Flat Stone-like damage instance, the rest simply return instantly with no added effect.
I assume this Flat Stone instance is supposed to apply to all knives. Otherwise this effectively halves your damage, because you can no longer hit enemies on a return hit with all your knives.

Ludovico+Anti-Gravity essentially causes the knife to be permanently stuck in place once you enter a room, only really moving if you rapidly tap an arrow key.

Mom's knife, continuum and eye of belail, seem a bit strange to me. When you fire the knife towards an enemy and the knife goes offscreen after killing the enemy. When it turns up on the other side of the screen, homing on another enemy, it sometimes just disappears.

I also feel like this is the mod that sometimes gives my knife homing even when holding it in my hands. (synergy in last comment) Edit: the homing goes away after every room and I did not use any active items either.
