Big Improvement Update Thanks to Renaxon!

- Added Effect upon destruction of Dingus

- Changes the ID to 63620

- Added compatibility to Elver

- Fixes Alignment of Dingus not in center

- (Hopefully) Fixes some bugs on the Crafting Recipe

- Changes the Animations upon placing Dingus

- Resize Dingus making it slightly smaller

- Changes the Description

If The Elver crafting recipe is too hard/grindy to get please let me know!
I never played Elver & Completed the Story so, my bad.
