what is one easter egg that needs some knowledge to like not just waiting or going to a certain area of the map

cant wait to make my friend poo them selfs ( they got a stomach problems that makes them ♥♥♥♥ when they get scared terribly, they will think this map is some sort of liminal map untill they start hearing breathing and coughing and then they rush to the bathroom)

idk if this is a easter egg, but if you go into this one room that looks like a control room with the ceiling caved down, a sound plays that sounds like something scurrying around in a vent

In the corner by the large windows by the main swimming pool, a ceiling tile will fall if you get close enough

so far there are 4 secrets found (with doom masters one i havent confirmed)

If you want to find these yourself i dont recommend looking at these
1 If you go to the left elevator on the ground floor and open the door you'll spot a fast crawler who will gasp and swiftly move to the back right corner of the elevator shaft and disappear
2 If you go to the top of the diving boards to the left of the back entrance and look into the hole in the ceiling you'll see presumably the same crawler who will like last time, gasp and swiftly crawl away
3? Unsure if this is by coincidence, you can enter the elevator shaft by going into the right door upstairs where you can go down onto the lower elevator and break a hole into the former's wall where i heard footsteps and a struggle for air
4 heading upstairs and going to the room on the left, walking up to the desk infront of the doors will trigger sounds of something moving in the vents
5 heading left immediately at spawn (Back entrance) at the corner of the pool a ceiling tile will fall
6? I think (Take this with a grain of salt) going across the falling ceiling tile event you can hear movement and the same gasp of air from crawler
Something to take note of, ive noticed that some of these events dont happen all the time, ive also noticed this command appears currently to my knowledge when you spot crawler under the elevator, so far any attempts to spot him at the diving boards he doesn't show up "Dynamic prop cornelius: no sequence named:"
