Report a translation problem
The skills bar, has information about your current skills. as well as the books associated with them. If you have skillsbooks in your inventory, they will show up on the bar, else it'll be an empty spot. you do NOT have to keep the books in your bag. what you can do is, "catalogue" them. stick them on a bookself or whatever, then right click on a piece of paper and select catalogue all loot containers. this will write down all the inventory you have. if you view your catalogue you can see the items it saved. as well as you ITEM ID; with the item ID, enter it under catalogue->media; paste that number there, and the infobar will read the catalogue as part of our inventory.
if you somehow accidentally, pickup dupes of skill books here and there. the easiest way is to select all the books, right click and choose drop dupes.
