With this mod npc jumping and teleporting behind you

Is there a way to disable the Blue Sphere around NPC and green point when running to destination?

I don't think you mfs realize just how REVOLUTIONARY this mod is.

So if i can use nav_generate, normal npc's can follow this area? Just like the nextbots?

Yes... Basically, its like placing down AI Nodes for NPCs, This mod will allow normal NPCs ( Not SNPCs ) to use the navmesh like they do with AI Nodes.
