Major issues

Anyone know why the NPCs are not working for me? They just die as soon as I get close to them. Do I need any mod to make them work?

make sure all mods are disabled, also if this happens, press backspace and reset goreai config

I have this same issue where all the npc's are dead. resetting goreai does nothing
