i did lower the settings

i have the same issue and it isnt about my pc specs or anything , i used to be able to play the map normally

it just lags so BAD

yeah somthing happened after saber bought the game

The way I found to fix this is to press backspace to open up the debug menu, then "clear all NPC's" in the top middle. Do it when the lag becomes too much of an issue; it clears all NPC's loaded forward but also all behind you, which don't despawn. Hope this helps!

It's worth noting that as of one of the recent patches, this disables all AI that spawn in afterwards until you reboot a new map to continue in. Kinda unfortunate since it used to help make continuing past a couple KM in one go less stuttery.
