You were being dropped into the county as apart an operation to obtain any useful research left behind at the Site [Redacted] as a last ditch attempt to save a dying world. You were being briefed on the helicopter ride in when the weather turned at the last second. The helicopter starts to lose control and you jump into the void of night before things get worse. Even in your dissonant state you are able to deploy your shoot but you have a rough landing in some urban area. After you wait out the storm you realise you landed in the heart of Louisville. You need to find a way out of the city or you might just become another victim of the Knox Infection.
(I suggest Pillows Random Spawn to get a start in Louisville. You should also take the crash landing trait which gives you 3 random injury when you spawn and the unlucky trait to stick with the theme.)
In terms of the other challenges what spawn settings would you suggest?

Time Limit: Seven Days (meta events for heli be sometimes/frequent)
If spotted by a helicopter: you will fail, or if you take too long
this makes it to where the helicopter crashes and you barely jumped out and you start with only 1/2 of your rations: you spawn close to a flaming helicopter
with a broken left hand and shin with 5 zombies right on your tail (why so many zombies well no one had jumped yet meaning 4 other black ops were killed and zombified during the crash including the pilot (this DOES NOT apply if in mp) 3 of them WILL be crawlers because they got they're ankles broke) the others will be normal)
after the crash,its normal zomboid from there aside from a scar on your hand ( and yes this means that no heli event will happen because well........... it crashed and you are presumed dead so don't expect any rescue...like at all)

I just wish there was more to do in the game that makes sense outside of just surviving or building a base. Maybe this mod would be a great platform to develop something like that.
Sent to the exclusion zone to retrieve valuable information (the 2 secret items added to the secret military base). You must retrieve these items before extracting to the port in Louisville, death of the operative is negligible. If death occurs a operative is redeployed, but the items must be retrieved at all costs from the decaying remains of the failed operative.
Challenge: Complete with the least amount of operatives lost.
Conditions:
- zombie respawn off (set 0)

- Must NOT be spotted by the news helicopter

Objectives:
- Clear every town/city in Kentucky of zomboids.
- Once cleared of zomboids, torch the town/city to prevent possible virus spread and evidence of the event.
- Make sure no lingering zomboids are residing in the forests.
- Do not torch the forests, it might spread to the nearby states.
- Extract the two items from the military base
- Once the map is completely cleared of zomboids and all cities burnt down, you may proceed to the extraction point.

The Insurgent is parachuted with the following objectives:
1) Retrieve secret documents at the military base
2) Activate and keep all four radios functional (Save Our Station! Mod) so that any survivors in the exclusion area can tune in
3) Complete the field research to finalize the vaccine (Zombie Virus Vaccine Mod)
4) Go to a certain coordinate (random or not) with the secret documents and the vaccine to be picked up by a helicopter

You were part of the first and second. You were sent in via airdrop or insertion via the distant edges of the maps into Kentucky to establish a new FOB for research operations for one simple reason:
Kentucky isn't what it used to be anymore. Plagued with anomalously cold weather, killing rains of blood, and sometimes even nuclear fallout. And the Zombies are stronger, faster and more for lack of better words: Hordie.

Objectives:
1. After Insertion Establish Radio Contact and a Radio Relay with HQ: By Muldraugh you caught wind of an old Radio station from some Older-Nomad groups, COMMAND has defined this as a potential HQ and Radio Contact point. However it would require going through Muldraugh or through the woodland.
2. Establish FOB: Require Supply's, Fortifications, Vehicles, and anything else of use to begin ground operations.
3. Research the Cure and Anomaly's (This is where a cure mod and stalker artefacts would work well.): Establish either beginning operations, gather a stockpile of anomaly's in safe storage, or work on the Cure yourself.
4. After establishment of FOB and 3 Primary Objectives: Extract or Stay on-site, teams will deploy. If they can get through the weather and anomaly's...
Dangers/Settings/Mods:
Zombie Spawns set to 1.5
Zombie Spawn multiplier set 1, starts day 1
Rally Groups are set to max, distance to gather from as well, distance between hordes decreased.
Your Choice of Random Zombies/Mutations. Sprinters mixed in with slow shamblers, stay alert and on your toes.
Your choice of cold weather modifications: I use Permafrost instead of Cryogenic Winter as you can better control temps. I set it to -25 min and 5 max with no permanent snowfall. With nature being on Cold and Rainy. This way you can see things other just snow, but still need to layer.
Anomalous Weather: Your choice of either both or one of Anomalous Storm and Nuclear Winter. Random sound events with Disasters, Stalker, and Nukes are also an add if you want it to be even harsher.
Water Goes Bad: Optional if you want water to in sinks and stuff to be tainted at start or close too start.
Surviving Through the Seasons: To cause seasons to change quickly instead of slowly.
Immersive Medicine: Optional if you want a truly hardcore medical mod. My friend group and I play it and we can do so because one of our mates is an actual doctor irl.
And of course. Stalker Artefacts and your choice of Cure mod.
Cheat Menu-Mod if you want to just spawn in, go god and ghost and spawn yourself in your predefined loadout if your choosing a different profession but same sort of insertion.

You and your Team have been deployed neck deep into the LVDZ to estabilish a critical beachhead for much needed supply runs. This far into the apoclaypse has toughened your team and increased your skills. But this will certainly be a true test. While you aren't on a timer, supplies are currently Critical back at MMSHQ.

Setup an FOB on the shoreline for the Seaborne Fleet to dock, the Oil Refinery in the Industrial District seems good. However the Repurposed Building the Old Military used seems all good to go.
FOB Must have its own Food and Water supply as well as Power, bedding, be heavily fortified, and other neccessities.
Setup Multiple Safehouses in several districts around the LVDZ. Ensure safehouses have some level of supply and protection. High Up places without easy Zombie access is preferable.

Briefing:
Operator: First Sargent Herbokowitz
Top dog needs you to ship out quickly so this briefing with be quickly.
Upon landing at the LZ, you will be met by a survivor from the Exclusion Zone. He will be
doing much of the technical work while you keep him safe. He is equipped with a subdermal vital tracker. If we detect he has died, you will have failed your mission and will be abandoned in the Exclusion Zone.
A vehicle should've been dropped at you location alongside you. As soon as you land, meet the survivor, and report to the Military base Northwest of the Landing Zone.
Locate the Experimental Vial, terminate any lucid humans inside the base, and destroy the base.
Next, trek from the base to Rosewood. Report to the front of the prison, and use any means available to you to draw out the infected within the prison, whether it be baiting them oput yourself, using sirens from polic vehicles, or noise generators.
Next, enter town, and seize and destroy any military grade hardware, and terminate any survivors who see you. Cut through Muldraugh, identify a suitable safehouse, clear it out, and mark it with a homing beacon. (just clear it out, and leave a radio there if you have it.)
Proceed to West Point, and Riverside, repeating the process you did in Muldraugh.
For the final leg of your mission, proceed to Louisville. Recommend you stash your vehicle somewhere safe and secure, and set up an FOB. Once you have entered the Louisville city limits, a transponder that will be inserted into your suit beforehand will ping your location, and a helicopter will move the the extraction point. You will have a week to reach the Finnegan Research Facility, sweep it for any remaining materials pertaining to the virus.
Remain here for at least one day while the survivor downloads data from the building's server. Then you are to destroy the building with any means available to you.
After one day, confiscate the drive which holds the the data from the survivor, and terminate them. You'll now need to leg it to the extraction point where you were dropped. Top dog wants the extraction to be secret so you cannot be extracted in the city.
At the extraction point, you are to surrender any weapons in your possession, accept a test for the virus, and turn over the materials you retrieved during the mission.
Download Superb Survivors, and enable the spouse option in the Superb Survivors Option tab. They are the scientist that will need to survive. If they die, you fail the challenge.
If you fail to complete the mission before the time limit, then you are "dead" and can just survive around the map.
In Character creation, give yourself a mask and gloves to prevent anyone from identifying you.
To set up safehouses, the place must have two stories, and a sizeable area near it. Clear it, and move on.
Take the emotionless trait for RPing reasons
Disable raiders, and set NPC behavior to 80% Hostile.
Kill any and all NPCs that you meet.
Seize any assault rifles, or SMGs and their applying ammunition. Destroy them or keep them.

Fortunately, the other sortie has been notified of your mishap, and has relayed the location for you to extract from the area. However, as the evacuation of other personnel are placed at the top priority, they can only give a short time frame before they're forced to leave you for good.

- Recommended between 1-2 days
- Extract before the time runs out
- All equipment, weapons and items are allowed

You are part of the crew assisting with the mass withdrawal of the military from Knox Country due to the upcoming epidemic. However, due to unknown reasons, your helicopter suffered from a catastrophic malfunction and even with the best of your ability, you're unable to keep it flying, forcing you to bail out into the Exclusion Zone after all everyone else on board had already done so. Fortunately, the other sortie has been notified of your mishap, and has relayed the location for you to extract from the area. However, as the evacuation of other personnel are placed at the top priority, they can only give a short time frame before they're forced to leave you for good.

You are a member of a special Mechanized Infantry Force, Upon entering the exclusion zone, you and your team proceed to the Objective with strict orders to not stop and help civilians, Nearing the objective (whatever you'd like, could be going to black mesa a lab, evacuate a politician, ect.) You and your team are hit by a militiaman who smuggled in an RPG, After holding out from the armed militia, Your teammates start dropping like flies, your best friend (whatever name you want them to be), Comes up to you and hands you a magazine, this is the last time you'll likely see them....
During the firefight a massive horde arrives, causing you to run off, Eventually you realize you ran so far away you cant even see the convoy anymore, you try your radio but its static, it got hit during the firefight, possibly saving you from death.
You decide to proceed to the Objective and continue your mission, when you reach the objective, you realize its all been for nothing and everybody is gone, (either the people at the objective are dead, the objective is gone, its overrun, ect) And you run, trying to find a military vechial and leave before the area is decimated.
Also works for Multiplayer cause you can rp your friend made it out, and your besties to the end :heart_eyes:
