Mini-golf physics

Very cool map - definitely one we'll be adding. Not sure how you're meant to play the mini-golf though - whenever I hit a ball with a crowbar it goes flying up towards the ceiling and hits me in the head.

The crowbar seems to react differenlty in sandbox and ttt game modes.
