I think you should remove [COMMON_DOMESTIC]. Evey single one of my embarks when I hit play now, has had pygmy dragons. Unless you want them to be that common.

Working as intended.

How long do the eggs take to hatch. In my last world I had some eggs sitting for over a year :( But in the game before they seemed to hatch much faster?

Vanilla DF behaviour, some eggs are laid unfertilized. Most creatures' first clutch will be like that, but subsequent ones will be fine. Clear the eggs out and let them lay another batch and it should be ok.

Wow I embarked with 4 of these, and in under 2 years Im getting overrun with young lol. Theyre amazing egg producers and worth alot of meat too. Intended?

They lay 2-5 eggs per clutch so if you let them do nothing but breed you'll get quite a few. I might tone this down a little though.

Small graphical issue, the Sprites dont easily align with the tiles they sit on or especially in the frames when bringing up individuals/listing livestock. Thanks for a silly mod

How long does it take for them to grow up

From the egg it takes them two years to reach full adulthood. After which, they'll start growing old at 30, with a maximum age of 55. They grow very fast, reaching the size of a lion by six months, an alligator by age 1, and slightly surpassing a saltwater crocodile (twice as large) by age 2.
Incompatible with Horned Cave Beetle mod, I loaded my save to find all my pygmy wyrms and whelps turned into horn beetles

Thats odd. I dont have that problem? You sure its this mod? I play with both Horned Cave Beetles, Pygmy Wyrms, a few monster mods, and the Aeramore overhaul. No problems at all with them

This mod does not touch anything except making use of a vanilla body preset (which hundreds of vanilla creatures use without issue, the point of a preset). Neither this mod nor Horned Cave Beetle interact with the game in such a way that would cause a conflict.

That means you've done something to your save or raw files, and I'm not sure what that could be.
must be something else then, just when I reload a save, all my pygmy wyrms were forgotten beasts and when i clicked on one my game crashed
