Customized weapons for NPCs

I'm sorry if I'm being stupid, but I can't find a way to spawn NPCs with customized gun (not default or with random attachment). I know about pressing E to give them your weapon, but is there a way to spawn them with your own weapon preset already in hands?

All I found out was saving your own preset, spawning them with no weapons and then giving yourself the weapon each time, select the preset and then give it to them with E.
Other than that you are stuck with the default weapon replacement.
