Attachment locking.
This is a feature from ArcCW which I feel is necessary here. In ArcCW if you had a flashlight or laser you could activate the "lock" to lock the attachment in it's current state while still turning it on or off. I feel like Arc9 should have this as an option, with the choice to either lock it in it's current state or switch between it's current state and the "off" state with the flashlight bind.
