Are these specs good? If not, how do I make ARC9 less laggy?
Also, anytime I use ARC9, it gets stuck during loading.

Specs:
Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz
Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.83 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

What ways could I maybe deplete some lag?

Ultra weak cpu and very low amount of ram
Only thing such laptops can do is media playback, they even barely have any power to run windows

I had similar laptop and it barely could launch gm_construct at 20 fps without any mods with ultra fps config, so i guess arc9 not for you

I can run windows fine. I can run GMod fine.
