HOW CAN I REDUCE WEAPON DAMAGE?

Can't equip certain attachments and equipping certain attachments unequips everything else?

any way to disable camera animations?

camera movement when equipping/inspecting/reloading a weapon can be very nauseating and nearly every pack I've found does it. Is there any way to turn them off?
