Press [FLASHLIGHT BUTTON] to toggle attachments isn't working
When I press that "toggle attachments" button displayed in the hint menu- the one which uses your flashlifht button - the attachments are not toggled, it goes stright to my flashlight instead.
Is it bugged or is it because I utilize the VManip along side this mod?
Or is it some abandoned feature not removed from the menu?

some other addon might break it too

So... wha do you suggest to do?
Remove the VMANIP flashlight?

Not all addons are perfectly compatible between each other
Disable that addon and see if bind works
If it still doesn' - this means that addon wasn't the cause, try disabling some another one
