No matter what mod I disable or how shuffle the order I get this error because of this mod
I get the same problem but found the mod. Vanilla Factions Expanded - Settlers
The two mods use "GatlingGun turrets".
(Don't really know if it is the problem.)

I ended up disabling Combat Extended Armory and considering to play without Combat Extended from now on. There are too many bugs with the weight system too
