Answer: Trade ships can carry them, you can buy it once you locate ship with them on board or wait at station for it to resupply.

Answer: You can use steam comments or create topic, but best option is to use dedicated channel on discord server, link can be found at top of mod description. Note, that i will evaluate idea to see if it fits thematically and probably will have to rework it.
